John Stephenson, M.A.Sc., retired after 45 years, mostly energy business development in Ontario, including 27 years with Ontario Hydro and Toronto Hydro, 15 years with FVB Energy Inc, an engineering consultant specialising in district energy.  Involved in over two dozen new district energy projects in Canada.
